The conference registration fees will cover accommodation at IIT Kharagpur, a copy of the conference proceedings (only for delegates ), reception buffet, conference banquet, breakfast, lunches, dinners, and tea/coffee services during session breaks. Registered participants will be invited to the conference banquet and all other evening programs.

4. Sight Seeing
The nearest airport from Conference Site is Calcutta Airport. If you want to visit any other part of India before or after the conference, you will have to contact the nearest Tourism Department of India office in your country of residence or the Indian Embassy in your country. For an approximate idea the current one-way airfares from Calcutta Airport to some " worth visiting " cities are as follows:

Payment through Credit Cards are not acceptable. Payment of registration fees for ICTACEM 2001 is to be made through Demand Draft in favour of " ICTACEM ", drawn on Syndicate Bank / State Bank of India / other banks located at Kharagpur or any foreing bank, for example, CITIBANK,Chartered Bank, American Express, Grindlays Bank, etc. who have branches preferably in Calcutta or even Mumbai (Bombay). Cash payment is acceptable during the conference days as well. Delegates are therefore advised to contact bankers in their own country for guidance about sending Demand Draft to India. Electronic transfer of registration fee is not acceptable to our banker who is handling ICTACEM 2001 accounts.
