Submit your abstract/paper online via Web Upload To upload the electronic version (.doc, .pdf, .dvi or .ps files) of your extended abstract from your local machine to the OPTDES 2004 Server: Use the Browse button to select a file for uploading. Then click "Upload to OPTDES Server". (must be using Netscape 3 or higher, or Internet Explorer 4 or higher).
