Access to Conference Hotel
To Get to Keio Plaza
Hotel from Narita Airport:
- Take JR Narita express or Bus to Shinjuku Station. There are services every 30 minutes, and it will take about 70 minutes.
- Take Keio Line from Shinjuku to Tama Center station. It will take about 35 minutes by Express trains.
- The Keio Line provides limited express train every 10 minutes without
extra charge. You shall reach Tama Center Station in about 35
minutes.
- Please be careful to take the train bound for Hashimoto to
reach Tama Center Station, and not to take the trains bound for
Hachioji or Takao. (The Lines for Hashimoto and Hachioji or Takao
share the same line from Shinjuku Station to Chofu. Even if you took
wrongly, you could just switch at Chofu Station.)
Two minutes walk from the south exit Tama Center station to Keio Plaza Hotel.
Weather
The climate during September is moderate and pleasant. The temperature ranges between 23 Degree Celcius to 30 Degree Celcius.

The conference Venue is Tokyo Metropolitan University.
